The business started off from the passion of two women, with a background in Interior Design, who got together to build a luxury lifestyle store.
We were responsible for working on their branding, E-commerce website and marketing.
The branding started with creating a whole new image for this business from scratch, which was primarily focused on logo design. This business being a start-up one meant that we had to focus on coming up with a strategy before we kick-started the branding process.
The purpose of the E-commerce website was to bring suppliers together under one roof and provide their customers with a platform to shop for their own luxury lifestyle materials. However, with no suppliers initially, we worked with our clients to source the relevant suppliers, which was a crucial aspect to their business model. After their customer placed an order online, through the connection device we created, the relevant suppliers could be contacted; this is how the model grew. We also focused on adding a customisation option on the website for their customers. Ultimately to build this whole website, we had a team of content writers and image editors who were crucial in process of uploading products onto the website.

Our current focus is on marketing which initially started off with marketing collaterals, including: brochures, business cards, complement cards. These materials were initially used by our clients to promote their business during an exhibition. Further to this, we have regularly been working on email marketing for this business as well.
